Within walking distance of the Cité du Vin Wine Museum and the picturesque Chartrons district, you’ll have plenty to explore – and Saint-Émilion is an easy day trip into the famous Bordeaux wine region – with all the comforts of home waiting for you when you return.

COMFORT & CONVENIENCE

Set over two levels, the apartment combines generous living space with three comfortable bedrooms and everything you need for a relaxed stay in Bordeaux.

On the lower level, you’ll find the entrance, bright living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer, a separate WC, and one bedroom with its own en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, a shower room with WC and storage, plus access to the terrace.

A little bit about your home in Bordeaux

This is our own apartment, and we’re delighted to share it with you. We’ve chosen quality furnishings and comfortable pieces throughout, with most of the furniture sourced from Danish retailer BoConcept.

It’s a bright, welcoming space with views over the River Garonne – a place we love spending time in, and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

The apartment occupies one of the 18th-century period buildings which line the River Garonne between the Place de Quinconces and the Cité du Vin. Many would have been owned by wealthy wine merchants in the heyday of the Bordeaux wine trade.

The location is central, but quiet, on the edge of the picturesque Chartrons neighbourhood and close to the Cité du Vin (tip: don’t miss the wonderful indoor food hall just opposite the Cité du Vin!). You’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The city centre (Place des Quinconces) is just over five minutes from the apartment by tram. If you prefer to walk, we’re sure you’ll enjoy the very pleasant 30-minute stroll along the riverside: there are plenty of places to stop for refreshments! You can also ride the river shuttle into town, departing from Hangar 15.

Finally, there are excellent tram links from the apartment to the main railway station (20 minutes) and the airport (1h10).
