The house is arranged over two levels, with connecting stairs.

On the lower level, you’ll find the entrance area, living-dining-kitchen area, a shower room, a separate WC and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.

On the upper level you’ll find two bedrooms, plus a shower room with WC.

This is our own house, and we’re thrilled to share it with you. We’ve invested in quality and comfort throughout, and we hope you’ll feel at home.

The house is located in a quiet residential zone (“Les Brades”) just outside the village of La Couarde-sur-Mer. You will find a supermarket plus a local market and plenty of stores, restaurants and bars all within easy reach (5 minutes by bike, 10-15 min on foot).

Best of all, the beach is just 3 minutes from the house on foot!

La Couarde-sur-Mer is very family-oriented village and an excellent base for exploring the rest of the island – by bike, ideally. There are plenty of bike rental outfits nearby. You would be wise to reserve in advance if travelling during the peak summer period.

Saint-Martin is approximately 20-25 minutes by bike along a very pleasant coastal path. By car, the trip takes about 5 minutes (a bit longer in the summer months, obviously!).
